I help people reconnect with presence, calm, and freedom — through the body.
I do it through one-on-one journeys combining yoga, meditation, conscious nudity, breathwork, and ice baths.

After years in the holistic field, I’ve learned one thing:
there’s no one right path for everyone, but there is a right path for each of us.

That’s why each journey with me is unique. I listen, observe, and walk with you toward whatever you need right now — whether it’s slowing down, finding energy, or simply feeling again.

I’ve never done yoga or meditation. Can I still start?

Absolutely. These journeys are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or to feel “ready” — we’ll start from where you are, with simplicity and care.

No. Conscious nudity is just one of the options I offer, and only for those who choose it freely. You will never be asked to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Sessions are held online, live with me, or occasionally in person. Each journey is fully personalized — we decide together how many sessions, how often, and what to focus on.

It depends on you. You can start with a single session or choose a multi-session path. I’ll help you understand what’s best based on your needs.

No special setup is required. A quiet space, a mat or blanket, and a stable internet connection are all you need. I’ll let you know if anything else is needed.
